On the evening of New Year's Day in 2024, Ronald 'Ron' Teneyuque Pacheco, a 59-year-old male, was preparing to leave for his job at Michigan Sugar in Sebewaing. At approximately 9:20 PM, in the 2700 block of Thatcher Street in Saginaw, Michigan, tragedy struck. Officers from the Saginaw Police Department were dispatched to the scene following a call and discovered Pacheco inside his vehicle, suffering from a gunshot wound.
