On a cold winter morning in Baltimore, what began as just another day was irrevocably shattered by an act of violence that would ultimately claim the life of 32-year-old Kevin Evans Jr. On January 4, 2023, at approximately 9:24 a.m., the sounds of gunfire echoed through the 300 block of Loneys Lane. When police arrived at the scene, they discovered a grim tableau: two men, both suffering from gunshot wounds.
