On November 21, 2024, at approximately 8:35 p.m., Baltimore police officers responded to a shooting incident in the 3900 block of Dolfield Avenue. Upon arrival, they discovered 29-year-old Reginald Allen Jr. suffering from multiple life-threatening gunshot wounds. Emergency medical services transported him to a nearby hospital, where, despite medical efforts, he was pronounced dead.
