In the late afternoon of May 5, 2023, a violent outburst in an Annapolis, Maryland parking lot tragically cut short the life of George Michael Petrullo, a 38-year-old male from Annapolis. The incident unfolded around 2:00 p.m. in the 2100 block of Somerville Road, near the Annapolis Town Center. It was there that George Edward Huff, 42, of Riva, opened fire, fatally wounding both his wife, 34-year-old Alexandra Abbott Huff, and Petrullo.
