Alamar Wilson, a 28-year-old man from Baltimore, Maryland, was fatally shot on June 1, 2023, in the 5200 block of Saybrook Road. The Baltimore Police Department responded to reports of a shooting at this location and found Wilson suffering from gunshot wounds.
Wilson was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment, but unfortunately succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead. His death marked the first publicly known homicide in Baltimore for the month of June 2023.
