On the night of October 14th, at approximately 10:04 p.m., police responded to a report of a shooting in the 5200 block of Nelson Avenue. There, they found Mr. Caesar, a male, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his body. He was immediately transported to a local hospital for medical attention.
