Death by Force

On June 13, 2023, at approximately 9:29 p.m., Baltimore Police officers responded to reports of a shooting in the 1800 block of North Chapel Street. Upon arrival, they discovered 63-year-old Darryl Crowder suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite prompt medical attention, Crowder was pronounced dead at the scene.
