On an August afternoon in 2023, the life of 18-year-old Kayshawn Roundheart was tragically cut short. The young man was discovered on August 4, 2023, at approximately 3:10 p.m. in the 2300 block of Pentland Drive in Baltimore, Maryland. He had sustained multiple gunshot wounds to his upper body and face.
Emergency medical personnel were dispatched to the scene, but Roundheart's injuries were too severe. He was pronounced deceased at the location where he was found.
The Baltimore Police Department's homicide unit is actively investigating the shooting. At this time, no suspects have been publicly identified, and no arrests have been announced in connection with the case.
