In the early morning hours of August 20, 2023, the quiet of a Crisfield, Maryland neighborhood was shattered by the discovery of a local man's violent death. Thirty-four-year-old Kevin Lamont Jackson, a Black male, was found deceased in the driver's seat of his car, which was parked off the road in the 100 block of Somers Cove.
