On August 20, 2023, at approximately 2:30 a.m., officers from the Crisfield Police Department discovered 34-year-old Kevin Lamont Jackson in a parked vehicle in the 100 block of Somers Cove, Crisfield, Maryland. During a routine patrol near Charlotte Avenue, they approached the car and found Jackson in the driver's seat with apparent gunshot wounds. Emergency medical personnel pronounced him deceased at the scene.
