Evan Neal, a 20-year-old man from Crisfield, Maryland, tragically lost his life on April 25, 2025. The incident occurred in the Somers Cove neighborhood of Crisfield, where officers from the Crisfield Police Department responded to reports of a shooting outside an apartment complex.
