Death by Force

On November 14, 2023, at approximately 10:32 PM, Paul S. White IV, age 31, was found with gunshot wounds in the 2800 block of Edmondson Avenue in Baltimore, Maryland. White was pronounced dead at the scene. Another victim, identified as Shakari Lea, age 19, was also shot during the same incident and later succumbed to his injuries at the hospital.
