Justice Smallwood, a 33-year-old man from Baltimore, Maryland, tragically lost his life on March 12, 2024. The incident occurred at approximately 4:46 p.m. at the intersection of East Baltimore Street and South Chester Street. Officers responded to a call reporting a shooting at this location.
