Celina Sue Smith, a 38-year-old woman from Cumberland, Maryland, was tragically involved in a shooting incident on June 30, 2024, in the South End area of the city. She was immediately transported to UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh for treatment of her injuries.
