Sheila Frech, a 76-year-old resident of Cumberland, Maryland, tragically lost her life on March 12, 2017. The incident occurred at her home on Frederick Street, where she was found with two gunshot wounds to her chest. Her husband, 78-year-old Clarence Frech Jr., was also found at the scene with gunshot wounds to his midsection. He was unresponsive but still breathing when authorities arrived.
