On the evening of the Fourth of July, a road rage incident escalated into a fatal encounter for Christopher Patrick Moore II, a 36-year-old man from Taneytown, Maryland. The altercation began on Maryland Route 140 and spilled onto Bear Run and Runnymede roads just after 10 p.m. Moore and another man, identified as 20-year-old Davon Joseph Dabbs, pulled their vehicles over and engaged in a physical fight.
