On a Labor Day afternoon in Parkville, Maryland, a violent altercation cut short the life of 43-year-old Romy Bogier. The incident, which occurred on September 2, 2024, unfolded around 4:20 p.m. in the parking lot of the White Oak School on Leefield Road.
