In the quiet neighborhood of Parkville, Maryland, the evening of November 26, 2019, was shattered by the sound of gunfire. Just before 10:00 PM, 37-year-old Tavon Martice Marshall, a Black male, had just returned to his home on Fieldcreek Way. As he got out of his vehicle and opened the rear hatch, he was fatally shot.
