Ramel Keith Baker, aged 30, was tragically killed on August 17, 2014, in Parkville, Maryland. The incident occurred just before 11 p.m. at the Welcome Inn located in the 8700 block of Loch Bend Drive. Baltimore County police and fire crews responded to a report of a shooting and found Baker lying in an alley, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite being transported to Shock Trauma, Baker was pronounced dead upon arrival.
