Mark Russell, a 56-year-old resident of Parkville, Maryland, tragically lost his life on September 28, 2021, following a shooting incident at the Parkville Shopping Center. The incident occurred in the evening, just before 5:30 p.m., at a business located on Harford Road and Taylor Avenue.
