In the quiet neighborhood of Parkville, Maryland, the life of 19-year-old Diamonic Reyshann Arca-Jones was tragically cut short on the evening of October 20, 2018. A recent graduate of Parkville High School, where he had been a member of the Junior ROTC, Arca-Jones was just a few blocks from his home when he was fatally shot.
