In the winter of 2023, the life of Paul Rhoads, a 56-year-old Caucasian male, was cut short in a fatal shooting on January 22nd in Appleton, Wisconsin. Rhoads was discovered bleeding in the middle of Briarcliff Drive. Despite being rushed to a local hospital, he succumbed to his injuries. The Appleton Police Department swiftly launched an investigation into what they determined to be a homicide.
