Siphannya 'Bee' Bousar, a 29-year-old woman from Beloit, Wisconsin, was fatally shot on February 20, 2023. The shooting occurred in the 1300 block of Porter Avenue around 8:45 a.m. Bousar was reportedly picking up her children from their father when she was shot. Emergency responders arrived at the scene but pronounced her dead due to her injuries.
