In the evening hours of March 20, 2023, a young life was tragically cut short on the streets of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Marcus O. Poirier Virgil, a 19-year-old Black/African American male, became a victim of fatal gun violence. The incident unfolded near the intersection of Fond Du Lac and Hampton around 7:10 p.m.
