A woman is found beaten to death behind an FOP lodge
On May 11, 1996, the body of 18-year-old Victoria Rose Miller was discovered in Boynton Beach, Florida, behind the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge. A horseback rider found her remains in a brushy area shortly before noon. Victoria had been last seen at a party in Lake Worth, and she was reported missing by her mother shortly thereafter.
