In the early morning hours of Sunday, June 18, 2023, the life of 20-year-old Nicholas Taylor-Washington was tragically cut short in downtown Madison, Wisconsin. A Black male, Taylor-Washington was fatally shot just after 3:30 a.m. on East Dayton Street and later succumbed to his injuries at a local hospital.
