On a Sunday afternoon in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the life of 25-year-old Latravis Lamont Lucas was tragically cut short. On January 21, 2024, in the vicinity of 76th and Hampton Avenue, Lucas was fatally shot. The incident prompted an investigation by the Milwaukee Police Department as they sought to understand the circumstances that led to the shooting.
