In the late hours of a Tuesday evening in Milwaukee, the life of 16-year-old Xavier Davis was tragically cut short. On November 12, 2024, the young male was inside a Mad Chicken restaurant located on the city's south side, near the intersection of 27th Street and Oklahoma Avenue.
