Garrett Cooper, a 46-year-old resident of Tulsa, Oklahoma, tragically lost his life on March 15, 2023, in a shooting incident. Cooper's body was discovered behind a business building off Lewis Avenue in south Tulsa. He had suffered a fatal gunshot wound.
