Randy Lee Mills Jr., a 36-year-old resident of Oklahoma City, tragically lost his life on May 21, 2024. The incident occurred in the 7300 block of NW 10th Street on the Westside of Oklahoma City. At approximately 1:20 PM, patrol officers from the Oklahoma City Police Department (OKCPD) responded to calls reporting a gunshot victim lying "in lanes of traffic".
