In the spring of 2024, a dispute over a stolen vehicle tragically cut short the life of Randy Lee Mills Jr., a 36-year-old male from Oklahoma City. On the afternoon of May 21, 2024, police were called to the 7300 block of NW 10th Street where they discovered Mills deceased in the street from multiple gunshot wounds. Investigators learned that he had been chased down before being fatally shot.
