On September 2, 2024, 38-year-old Michael "Mike" Trojak was fatally shot at a hotel located in the 5400 block of North Lincoln Boulevard in Oklahoma City. Officers from the Oklahoma City Police Department responded to reports of a shooting around 8:30 p.m. and discovered Trojak deceased inside a hotel room, with injuries consistent with a gunshot wound.
