In the winter of 2023, the life of 17-year-old Tyler Rowell, a White/Caucasian male, was tragically cut short in Spokane, Washington. On the evening of February 8th, what was supposed to be a straightforward transaction turned into a fatal encounter. Rowell, along with two friends, had arranged to sell cannabis oil to a buyer they had connected with online. They drove to the agreed-upon location in the East Central neighborhood, unaware that the meeting was a setup for a robbery.
