Henry Howard King, a 48-year-old man from Bellingham, Washington, died on March 12, 2023, in a tragic incident at Boulevard Park. King's body was discovered around 4 a.m. on the boardwalk between Taylor Dock and Boulevard Park, with multiple gunshot wounds. The Whatcom County Medical Examiner's Office ruled his death a homicide on March 14.
