Amy Dyke, a 48-year-old mother of three from Maple Valley, was fatally shot in Kent, Washington, on July 27, 2023. The incident occurred near an apartment complex, and Dyke suffered multiple gunshot wounds, including one to the head, which caused extensive brain damage. She was pronounced brain dead on July 28, 2023, at approximately 2:30 PM.
