On January 19, 2014, Kenny Perez, a 30-year-old Hispanic male, was fatally shot at Taqueria El Taco Regio in Arcola, Texas. The incident occurred around 10:20 p.m. when Perez and his father got into an altercation with four other men at the restaurant.
