On October 3, 2023, at approximately 5:05 p.m., a tragic incident occurred on a King County Metro bus in White Center, an unincorporated neighborhood south of Seattle, Washington. Marcel Da'jon Wagner, a 21-year-old passenger, was fatally shot while riding in the rear of Metro Transit Coach #6954 as it traveled along SW Roxbury Street and 15th Avenue SW.
