Victor Thomas McVea III, a 40-year-old resident of Tacoma, Washington, tragically lost his life to gun violence on October 31, 2023. The incident occurred near the 1900 block of Milwaukee Way in Tacoma, where McVea was found with multiple gunshot wounds.
