Joel Renteria-Soto, a 25-year-old man from Auburn, Washington, tragically lost his life on November 28, 2023, in a shooting incident. The Auburn Police Department responded to multiple reports of shots fired in the 2200 block of I Street Northeast at around 4 p.m. that day. Upon arrival, officers discovered a white Honda with multiple bullet holes, and Renteria-Soto was found in the driver's seat with at least one gunshot wound.
