Geoffrey Watson-McCoy, a 37-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on November 15, 2015, in Atlanta, Georgia. The incident occurred just before 3 p.m. in southwest Atlanta. According to reports, Watson-McCoy was involved in an argument earlier that day with a 26-year-old man named Tyrone Curry. The altercation escalated when Curry returned to the scene with a shotgun and fired a single shot, striking Watson-McCoy in the back. The victim succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
