In the early morning hours of November 8, 2024, the life of 32-year-old Rocky James Fogler, a White / Caucasian male, was tragically cut short in Yakima, Washington. At approximately 2:35 a.m., officers from the Yakima Police Department were dispatched to the 400 block of Erickson Lane following reports of gunfire.
