James Gerald Arberry, aged 47, was tragically shot and killed on March 23, 2017, in the Mountain View neighborhood of San Diego, California. On that fateful night, at approximately 10:50 p.m., San Diego Police Officers responded to reports of gunshots in the 3700 block of Ocean View Boulevard.
