On February 1, 2023, 44-year-old Antonio "Big Tony" Castrero was fatally shot during a confrontation in the 3000 block of West 25th Street in Cleveland, Ohio. He succumbed to his injuries at a nearby hospital.
Following the incident, Cleveland homicide detectives charged 23-year-old Mycah Smith with murder. Witnesses reported that Smith and Castrero were involved in an argument when Smith punched Castrero and then shot him.
