On February 24, 2023, Josephine Banks, a 24-year-old woman from Columbus, Ohio, was tragically shot and killed. Emergency responders found her suffering from multiple gunshot wounds in the east Columbus area and rushed her to Grant Medical Center. Despite efforts to save her, she was pronounced dead at 8:01 a.m. that morning.
