Tamieka Ross, a 45-year-old woman from Columbus, Ohio, tragically lost her life on January 8, 2023, in a shooting incident that occurred in the Hilltop area of the city. The Columbus Division of Police responded to a report of a shooting at approximately 5:10 PM in the 700 block of Butler Avenue. Upon arrival, officers discovered Ross suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. Despite the efforts of emergency responders, she was pronounced deceased at 5:19 PM.
