Wayne Neal, age 22, was killed on July 19, 2007, in Miami, Florida. His case remains an unsolved homicide, among many that continue to challenge investigators in Miami. The Miami Police Department's Homicide Unit initially responded to the scene of the crime, where they gathered evidence and began interviewing witnesses in an attempt to identify and eventually apprehend the offender. Despite their extensive investigation, no arrests were made, and the case grew cold over time.
