On July 22, 2023, at approximately 10 p.m., 24-year-old Gayhazel "Jack" Ingram was fatally shot multiple times at a gas station in the 19000 block of Euclid Avenue in Euclid, Ohio. Responding officers initiated CPR upon arrival, but Ingram succumbed to his injuries shortly thereafter.
Euclid Police Chief Scott Meyer confirmed the incident and urged anyone with information to contact Euclid Police Detectives or CrimeStoppers of Cuyahoga County. As of now, there have been no reports of arrests or identified suspects in connection with Ingram's death.
Ingram's family held visitation services on July 28, 2023, at Turk Memorial Chapel in Cleveland, followed by a Celebration of Life on July 29 at Covenant Community Church. The community continues to seek justice for Ingram, appealing to the public for any information that could assist in solving the case.
