On September 28, 2023, three-year-old Luis Angel Diaz was tragically shot and killed in Cleveland, Ohio, during a drive-by shooting. The incident occurred around 2 p.m. near West 66th Street and Denison Avenue when a dispute escalated between adults outside a duplex. Following an argument, Katherine Treadway, one of the suspects, called her boyfriend, Juan Davis, who arrived shortly with Devonte Parker and a 16-year-old boy.
