Emergency medical services pronounced her dead at the scene.
The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office identified the victim as Tosha M. Williams. Homicide detectives initiated an investigation into her death. Subsequently, an arrest warrant was issued for John Booth in connection with the murder. As of now, it is unclear whether Booth has been apprehended or if any additional suspects are involved.
