LaTasha R. Jackson, a 19-year-old African American woman from Cleveland, OH, tragically lost her life on February 19, 2012. She was a teenage mother to her one-year-old daughter, Chaniya Wynn. The circumstances surrounding her death were particularly harrowing and involved a kidnapping and murder.
