On May 18, 2024, Garcia Dixon Jr., a 26-year-old resident of Columbus, Ohio, was tragically killed in a shooting incident that occurred around 2:45 AM near the intersection of East Fifth Avenue and Summit Street. This incident was part of a violent outbreak in the city, resulting in three fatalities and several injuries.
