On June 28, 2024, 18-year-old Gary Lamar Dancy Jr., affectionately known as "Gee," was fatally shot in Cleveland, Ohio. The incident occurred shortly after 9:15 p.m. on Talford Avenue in the Lee-Miles neighborhood. Responding officers found Dancy with multiple gunshot wounds; he was transported to University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries.
